Reservations may only be held during the building’s operating hours.

Reserving the Auditorium or Seminar Rooms

To check availability and make a reservation, please fill out the Event Space Request Form.

Please note: Reservation requests for June 2018 through December 2018 will be considered beginning the first week of March 2018.

Podium/Mic $225 $400
Full A/V $300 $550
Byrd/Morris No A/V $100 $150
Full A/V $200 $300

Note: Events over three hours long in the Auditorium, additional $100 room rental fee applies.
